• Saturate the rocket microgreens seeding mat with warm water to enhance germination and set the saturated mats on the netted tray insert located in the Sow Effortless Microgreens Kit.
• Cover the seeding mat with the humidity dome, and place in a warm area (65-75°F) near a sunny window.
• Remove the humidity dome once germination has occurred (typically in 7 to 10 days) to allow for proper air circulation.
• Keep the mats moist, do not allow them to dry out.

You can begin harvesting the delicious rocket microgreens at 1 to 3 inches by cutting the stems above the mats. For those using 1020 garden microgreens trays, trimming the seeding mat for a snug fit is recommended, showcasing the versatility and ease of use that our seeding mat provides.
