To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please contact us before returning any items. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our products (seeds and plant materials), we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened or used.
This ensures the quality, purity, and germination integrity of our seeds.

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used seed packets.

• Items damaged due to improper storage or planting.

• Change-of-mind or incorrect purchases.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you received the wrong product, we will resend the correct one or issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
